I give you a great news!

Together with Christmas joy a great, very great news for us!

The process to declare and venerate as Blessed don Luigi has made a huge progress.
Since 18 years some people have been working, by collecting witnessing and documents, to demonstrate that our Don Luigi lived a real extraordinary life. Before the "process" took place in Milan Diocese. After it was transferred to Rome. In June some outstanding theologians after examination and study of the documents, consisting in more than 500 pages, expressed a favourable judgment supported by proper reasons. All the nine members said "yes". Then, also a commission composed by cardinals and bishops gave a favourable advice.

On December 20 at 11 o'clock the Pope John Paul II in Clementina Hall in Vatican signed the recognition decree of the heroic virtues of don Luigi Monza. So he is now considered in official form "venerable".

Present were the general responsible Giancarla Ronco, the postulator Father Luigi Mezzadri, Miss Gabriella Zanella and Miss Gigliola Casati.

A 18 years' difficult way was concluded. But at the end joy was really great.

Why do not add on our Christmas tree or place in our Holy Crib a star with the writing don Luigi Monza?
